Cancel Order
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
Send an email to support@wenexto.com with the subject line "Cancel Order," including your full name and city in the message.
Your request will be processed, and your order will be automatically canceled if the request is received within 12 hours of placing the order. Please note, we cannot cancel orders once they have been dispatched.
For prepaid orders canceled within 12 hours, a refund will be initiated directly back to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow sufficient processing time for refunds based on your payment provider.
